Yes. We source hides exclusively from FSSAI-certified abattoirs in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, approved by the Council for Leather Exports. Each batch carries a provenance document linking it to the abattoir lot, the tanning date, and the finishing run. Buyers can request the full chain-of-custody report for any order; it is available as standard, not on special request.
Every production lot is tested for Chrome VI, restricted azo dyes under REACH Annex XVII, formaldehyde, pH, and heavy metals including cadmium, lead, and mercury. Testing is conducted by an accredited third-party laboratory. Reports are issued within 5 working days of shipping and included in export documentation as standard.

SA8000 certification is currently in progress. Social compliance standards including fair wages, safe conditions, no child labour, and regular audits are applied in practice and have been audited every six months across all 8 Chennai factories. The formal certification process is underway with a target completion of 2026. We do not wait for a certificate to implement the standard it certifies.
